Clark Andrew Taylor
Last Wednesday, (June 11, 2014) our precious baby Clark Andrew Taylor was born at 8lbs 2oz and 20in long! We went in for a routine check on June 10th and discovered my fluid level were low. I was immediately admitted and induced to ensure Clark stayed healthy and safe. The nursing staff at providence was absolutely incredible! We were so blessed by their sweet spirits and attentiveness. After 24 hours of labor (with Chris being the BEST support person around) baby Clark was born. My parents and grandmother were set to arrive a few days later to help out and meet our sweet boy. My mom, however, showed up in my hospital room about an hour before the pushing began! It was such a sweet surprise and we were beyond blessed by having her here constantly serving us. We spent a few nights in the hospital because Clark would not urinate for the first 24 hours. We were discharged on Friday with a clear report and a healthy baby! Recovery is going well on my end and I don't know where I would be without the support and help from my loving husband and family. Chris is the BEST dad already! His mom arrives tomorrow for more reinforcements as we try and figure out life with our new addition. I must take a moment to say how blessed we have been by our church family as well. The constant outpouring of prayers, support, and meals has been overwhelming (in the best of ways)! We are slowly getting in to a good routine with Clark and praying for his continued healthy growth and for wisdom as new parents to meet his every need.
